Songwriter Ron Miller was born in Chicago, Illinois, and started his career as a songwriter in the early 1960s. Miller worked with various artists and wrote numerous hits, including "For Once in My Life" and "Touch Me in the Morning," both of which became chart-topping singles for Motown Records.
In addition to his work as a songwriter, Miller was also a record producer, arranger, and music publisher. He collaborated with many renowned artists, including Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, and Marvin Gaye, and his songs have been recorded by numerous other musicians over the years.
