Tobi Miller is a musician and entrepreneur. He is best known as the original bassist for the rock band The Wallflowers. He has also worked as a record producer and sound engineer.

Miller was born in London, England, in 1968. He moved to the United States with his family when he was 12 years old. He began playing bass guitar in high school, and after graduating, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music.

In 1989, Miller met Jakob Dylan, who was also a musician, and they formed The Wallflowers. The band released their debut album, The Wallflowers, in 1992, and it was a critical and commercial success. The album spawned the hit singles "6th Avenue Heartache" and "One Headlight."

The Wallflowers released three more albums with Miller on bass: Bring It on Home (1995), Bringing Down the Horse (1996), and Glad All Over (2001). In 2002, Miller left The Wallflowers to pursue other musical projects.

Since leaving The Wallflowers, Miller has released two solo albums: Almost Speechless (2004) and Fine September (2007). He has also worked as a producer and session musician for a variety of artists, including Natalie Merchant, Ben Arnold, and The Morgansterns.

In 2016, Miller co-founded Lemonshark Poke, a fast-casual poke restaurant chain. The company has since expanded to over 20 locations in California and Arizona.
